Vacuum lamination table and digital vacuum pump. The table is approx 10' x 6'. We purchased the custom flip top frame (frame, membrane, etc.) and the vacuum pump from Vacuum Pressing Systems. We built the table in our shop. A mechanical engineer, Chris, working for us, built it. We used a torsion box design to ensure the table is super flat and will remain flat regardless of how flat the floor is. The table sits on adjustable locking casters so the table can be moved. The torsion box upper portion of the table rests on the base and is constructed so it can be moved separately. We used the lamination table and pump to build and glue up, custom travel trailer panels and it was critical that those panels were perfectly flat. For our application, we lift off the flip top frame, insert our panel components, build the panel and then place the frame on top of our panel and turn on the pump. The frame can be converted to a flip top frame by installing gas struts and hardware. We have all of those parts to convert the top into a flip top and those come with the purchase. This is an amazing tool and it worked perfectly for us. I’m closing my business and that is why I’m selling this tool. This is a great deal because we paid $3,840 for the custom flip top frame and digital pump alone. It was additionally very expensive for materials and labor to build the table.

Schuetz Tool Bladder Press Specifications: (2) Shuttle tables, approx. 55” x 106” press capacity. Hot air design with 3mm silicone membrane to press veneer into profile, typical cycle time 3 minutes using proper glue that sets at 200°F. Can use PVA which would extend cycle time to approx. 15 > 45 minutes depending on the actual glue mix used to achieve 80%+ cure strength. Includes Hydraulic Pump. SPECIAL NOTE: Fully operational, however, need 4 or 5 heating rods replaced, new rod parts are included for you to install ( don't have the capability to remove them).
